SEQRA Classification: Type II § 617.5(c)(2) Public Hearing set for 7/15/26. The applicant seeks a Marine Structures Permit approval to replace the existing decking and railings and new/replace pergola at the end of the pier as per Village Code Chapter 240, Article VI, Section 21, Part A.

4.A. Application #HCZMC-26-0001: 714 The Crescent, (Section 9, Block 85, Lot 27). Located in the R-15 Zoning District. SEQRA Classification Type II § 617(c)(11) No Public Hearing Required. The applicant seeks LWRP consistency approval for the expansion of a deck at the rear of the property, removal of hard scapes, including existing stone patio at grade and an asphalt boat ramp as per Village Code Chapter 240, Article VIII, Section 29.
