Resolution for a Settlement Agreement and General Release BE IT RESOLVED , that the Board of Education of the Mamaroneck Union Free School District herewith authorizes the Board President and the Superintendent of Schools to execute a Settlement Agreement and General Release between the Board and Employee Number 07056.

5.E. Preferring Charges Pursuant to Civil Service Law Section 75 and Appointment of Hearing Officer for Hearing BE IT RESOLVED that upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, charges are hereby preferred pursuant to Civil Service Law Section 75 against the non-instructional employee described in the annexed Statement of Charges. Such charges are set forth in detail in said Statement of Charges filed with the District Clerk; and
