The applicant seeks LWRP consistency approval for a second floor addition above an existing one-story residential garage along with new exterior patio and walkways as per Chapter 240, Article VIII, Section 29.
5A. Application #HCZMC-25-0002: 1011 Greacen Point Road, (Section 9, Block 93C, Lot 19) Located in the R-20 Zoning District. SEQRA Classification: Type II § 617.5(c)(11). No Public Hearing Required. The applicant seeks to amend its June 18, 2024 LWRP consistency approval for the construction of a single-family home partially in a wetland controlled area per Village Code Chapter 240, Article VII, Section 29. Amended site plan includes: south property line wall height reduced to 3'6", the guard moved off wall, the wall length reduced from 60' to 42', and a new planting bed is proposed off the side of garage due to grade change. The applicant also seeks to amend condition 4 of the June 18, 2024 consistency approval.
