5.B. Application #PLN-25-0004: 1308 Greacen Point Road, (Section 9, Block 51, Lot 45) Located in the R-20 Zoning District. Recommended SEQRA Classification: Type II § NYCRR 617.5(c)(12). Public Hearing Required. The applicant seeks site plan and wetland permit approval for the construction of a 15' x 25' in-ground swimming pool with automatic cover as per Village Code Chapters 192 & 342, Sections 5 & 75 and Parts C & E.
6.A. Continued discussion of referral from Village Board of Trustees regarding Proposed Local Law C 2025 to change the zoning in the Washingtonville neighborhood from R-4F to R-2F.
