Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club - Status Update The Planning Board has reviewed the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) with their consultants at the 10/14/15 meeting and provided a memo to the applicant indicating several items that need to be revised and submitted to the Planning Board before the DSEIS document can be determined to be complete. The Planning Board has not yet received the revisions.
690 Mamaroneck Avenue (3 Jalapcnoes) - Site Plan and Special Permit (Continued from 10/21/15) - Consistency Determination The Applicant has requested a consistency determination from the HCZM Commission for this site plan application for a mixed use development consisting of 2,950 square feet of retail and 21 rental apartments at the intersection of Grand Street and Mamaroneck Avenue in a C-l General Commercial District and the TOD Overlay Zone.
HCZM Commission will review the Draft Checklist for Application materials which was distributed to the Commission at their 10/21/15 meeting.
Referral of Lease of Village Property on Taylor's Lane BOT is asking for an advisory Consistency Determination for the lease of 707 square feet of Village owned property on Taylor's Lane. Portions of the adjacent property at 1305 - 1337 East Boston Post Road (showroom building and parking lot) encroach on this Village owned property. The lease agreement would allow for the continued use of the 707 square feet of encroached area.
BOT Referral - PLL-J-2015 Advisory Consistency Recommendation to the Board of Trustees for PLL-J- 2015 to amend the Village Zoning Map to rezone a portion of the property at 120 Madison Street from R-4F to C-1 General Commercial. This is a split lot zone. The rezoning would extend the current C-1 zoning to the entire property.
BOT Referral - PLL-M-2015 Advisory Consistency Recommendation to the Board of Trustees for PLL-M- 2015 to amend the Village Zoning Map to rezone property along the west side of Library lane from C-1 to C-2.
