Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club - Status Update The Planning Board has reviewed the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) with their consultants at the 10/14/15 meeting has provided a memo to the applicant indicating several items that need to be revised and submitted to the Planning Board before the DSEIS document can be determined to be complete.
532 West Boston Post Road - C-1 Request for a Consistency Determination for a site plan for new seven unit townhouse development in C-1 General Commercial District. HCZMC to review and consider draft resolution prepared by counsel determining consistency.
690 Mamaroneck Avenue (3 Jalapenoes) - Site Plan and Special Permit The Applicant has requested a consistency determination from the HCZM Commission for this site plan application for a mixed use development consisting of 2,950 square feet of retail and 21 rental apartments at the intersection of Grand Street and Mamaroneck Avenue in a C-1 General Commercial District and the TOD Overlay Zone.
120 Madison Street (Aqua Tots) - Proposed Map Change and Site Plan Review Preliminary presentation by Applicant of the proposal to establish a swim school (Aqua Tots) in the former Strait Gate Church (120 Madison Street). The Planning Board is currently reviewing the site plan for the demolition of the existing rector's residence and adaptive reuse of the church as a swim school. The Planning Board has provided a positive recommendation to the Board of Trustees for the proposed Map Change which would extend the C-1 zoning on the front portion of the property to the rear R-4F part of the site.
Gilbert Pier - 10150 Nautilus Lane HCZM Commission will review marine structure permit for the replacement of a fixed pier at 1015 Nautilus Lane in the R-20 Residential District. The Commission will also determine consistency with the Village's LWRP.
HCZM Commission will review the Draft Checklist for Application materials which was distributed to the Commission at their 9/2/15 meeting.
