OPEN MEETING OLD BUSINESS 120 Madison Street (Aqua Tots) - NOI Lead Agency - Proposed Map Change and Site Plan The Board of Trustees has indicated that it has no objection to the Planning Board undertaking lead agency for the proposed map change for 120 Madison Street in connection with its site plan review and all related Village approvals. The Planning Board has circulated its Intent to be Lead Agency for the site plan, proposed map change and related approvals for 120 Madison Street. The proposed map change from R-4 F to C-1 is for the purpose of establishing a swim school (Aqua Tots) in the former church. The Planning Board will review the site plan application for the demolition of the existing rector's residence and conversion of the church for use as a swim school (Aqua Tots). This will entail the reconfiguration of the existing parking area to conform to proposed zoning and land use requirements.

The Application will also require review and a Consistency Determination under the Village's LRWP from the Commission.

Orienta Yacht Club - 325 East Boston Post Road The HCZM Commission will review the establishment of a Perimeter Permit to cover Orienta Yacht Club's in-water docking facilities for the property known as 325 East Boston Road in the MC-2 (General Marine Commercial) District. The Perimeter Permit will also require the review and Consistency Determination of the Commission under the Village's LWRP.
