OLD BUSINESS Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club - Status Update The Planning Board has received the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) for the Proposed Sanitary Sewer System Upgrade at their March 11, 2015 meeting. The Board has referred the DSEIS to their consultants for review and determine whether the DSEIS is acceptable by the Board for distribution.
A. 532 West Boston Post Road Request for a Consistency Determination for site plan for a new seven unit Townhouse Development in a C-l General Commercial District. Each Townhouse includes a two car garage with 7 on-grade parking spaces provided. B. The Board of Trustees has referred PlX-A-2015 (TOD Amendments) and PLL-H-2015, amending 342, Attachment 2 (Schedule of Minimum Requirements) relating to RM-3 for an advisory consistency recommendation.
The Board of Trustees has requested a recommendation from the Commission on whether or not the BAR should review solar panels and if so, what standards should be used.
