The last three-year renewal of the applicant's perimeter permit was approved on October 20, 2010. The applicant is now seeking to reestablish a new perimeter permit with up to 26 boats and approximately 2,500 square feet of mains, floats, and gangway within a perimeter permit area of approximately 16, 075 square feet. There have been no substantive changes from the previously approved perimeter permit. B. 700 Rushmore Avenue - McMichael Rushmore Yard Request for the re-establishment of a new Perimeter Permit for the McMichael Rushmore Yard located at 700 Rushmore Avenue in an MC-1 General Marine - Commercial District. The last three-year renewal of the applicant's perimeter permit was approved on October 20, 2010. The applicant is now seeking to reestablish a new perimeter permit with up to 75 boats and approximately 6,250 square feet of mains, fingers, floats, and gangway within a perimeter permit area of approximately 36, 155 square feet.
