Beach Point Club located at 900 Rushmore Avenue proposes a Perimeter Permit for the marina at the Beach Point Club. The renewal (Permit #10-0037) was allowed to lapse and this is a new application.

Notice of Intent for Planning Board to be Lead Agency for a site plan application for the renovation and conversion of existing four-story building into twelve residential units and two levels of retail space in a C-2 Central Commercial District. Special permit under 342-50 for housing in a C-2 District. (Chatsworth Building) C. Notice of Intent for Planning Board to be Lead Agency for site plan review of seven unit townhouse development in a C-1 General Commercial District.
