Beach Point Club located at 900 Rushmore Avenue proposes a Perimeter Permit for the marina at the Beach Point Club. The renewal (Permit #10-0037) was allowed to lapse and this is a new application.

Special permit under 342-50 for housing in a C-2 District. (Chatsworth Building) C.
