B) Informal Discussion on Consistency for DCH Toyota City Application to renew Site Plan for Renovation and Redesign of Toyota City Showroom at 1305 East Boston Post Road in a C-1 District. This Application was approved on April 10, 2008 and renewed on April 10, 2010. The Application has now expired and Applicant is seeking a new Site Plan approval to start the project.

2. OLD BUSINESS A. Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club - Status Update There has been no change since the last Commission meeting. The Applicant has provided a letter to the Commission indicating that the Applicant is still reviewing conflicting recommendations from their engineers. The DSEIS has still not been submitted to the Planning Board for review. B. Review of LWRP Update including the current Draft document and Proposed Policies. 5. ADJOURN MEETING A. There will be a Consistency Training Session for HZCM to be held on Thursday, October 23, 2014 at 7:00 PM at the Courtroom @ 169 Mount Pleasant Avenue. This will be a joint meeting with the Board of Trustees. The public is welcome. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the HCZM Commission will be held on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 7:30 PM at the Courtroom @ 169 Mount Pleasant Avenue.
