1. OPEN MEETING 2. OLD BUSINESS A. Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club - Status Update There has been no change since the last Commission meeting. The DEIS is still being developed by the Applicant. There is nothing new to report at this time. B. The HCZM Commission has provided a letter to the Board of Trustees with recommendations on proposed amendments to Chapter 240 - Updating the Harbor Management Plan. C. Review of revised plans for a marine structure permit to reconfigure and extend an existing recreational docking facility and maintain existing seawall/riprap located at 558 Shore Acres Drive in a R-10 residential district and determine consistency with the Village's LWRP.
