B. Administrative Actions 1. In accordance with Article 7, Section 712-a(2) of the New York State General Village Law, the Zoning Board of Appeals may adopt rules of procedure (bylaws) provided that rules of procedures are filed in the office of village clerk within 5 business days after adoption and be part of the public record. The Zoning Board seeks to draft its rules of procedure (bylaws). SEQRA Determination: This action is a “Type II” action in accordance with Title 6 NYCRR 617.5(c)(26) of the New York State Codes, Rules and Regulations; thereby, ending the SEQRA process. C. ADJOURN MEETING 1. Note: Work Sessions will be open to the public but closed to public participation subject to the Open Meetings Law, [New York State Public Officers Law, Article 7]. 2.
