201 GRAND STREET - 2 Lot Subdivision Public Hearing Continued- Board to declare Lead Agency, consider authorization for preparation of Negative declaration Subdivision to create 1 new lot and construct a 2 family dwelling on each lot (2 lots in total) of a property in an R-4F Residential District located at 201 Grand Street and designated on the tax map of the Village of Mamaroneck as Section 8, Block 64, Lot 29b. The Planning Board is now the Lead Agency for the SEQRA review of this application.
422 EAST BOSTON POST ROAD - Site Plan and Special Permit in C-1 District Site Plan Review continued revision submitted 02/12/2016 Planning Board review of existing office building (former funeral home) being converted to new 4-story, 13 unit apartment building with associated driveway and parking areas. Project consists of two 1-bedroom units, eight 2-bedroom units and three 3-bedroom units. Two 2-bedroom units are below market rate. Project also includes installation of drainage improvements to treat runoff from the development, utility connections and landscape plantings. Application is in a C-1 General Commercial district and will require site plan review and special permit for infill housing under 342-50 by the Planning Board.
