APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. The Planning Board will review the draft minutes for the Board meeting held on January 13, 2016.
422 EAST BOSTON POST ROAD - Site Plan and Special Permit in C-1 District (Site Plan Review Continued) Planning Board review of existing office building (former funeral home) being converted to new 4-story, 13 unit apartment building with associated driveway and parking areas. Project consists of two 1-bedroom units, eight 2-bedroom units and three 3-bedroom units. Two 2-bedroom units are below market rate. Project also includes installation of drainage improvements to treat runoff from the development, utility connections and landscape plantings. Application is in a C-1 General Commercial district and will require site plan review and special permit for infill housing under 342-50 by the Planning Board.
WETLANDS PUBLIC HEARINGS A. 526 Shore Aces Drive - Wetland Permit (Open Public Hearing) Planning Board will review application for a wetland permit to allow the legalization of a dock within the 100 foot wetland buffer at property known as 526 Shore Acres Drive in the R-10 Residential District.
RESOLUTIONS 1305 East Boston Post Road - DCH Draft Resolution The Planning Board will review a Draft Resolution amending the DCH May 13, 2015 resolution of site plan approval.
532 West Boston Post Road The Planning Board will review a draft resolution for 532 West Boston Post Road amending resolution adopted December 2, 2015.
690 Mamaroneck Avenue - Site Plan The Planning Board will review the draft resolution for site plan approval for 690 Mamaroneck Avenue to construct a 4-story mixed use building including 2,600 square feet of commercial space and 21 residential units with two below market rate units.
