OLD BUSINESS Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club - Submission of DSEIS Planning Board review for completeness of Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) for sewer system construction for property located at 555 South Barry Avenue.
532 West Boston Post Road - Public Hearing Closed on 4/22/15. Application will go before the HCZM Commission for a formal resolution for a positive determination on 10/21/15. Planning Board will review architectural plans provided and reviewed by the HCZM Commission at their 9/2/15 meeting.
WETLANDS PUBLIC HEARINGS 616 Shore Acres Drive - Wetland Permit Public Hearing continued The Planning Board will continue its review of a wetland application to allow the construction of a one story garage extension partially within the 100 foot wetland buffer on property known as 616 Shore Acres Drive in the R-10 Residential District.
636 Shore Acres Drive - Wetland Permit (Continued Public Hearing) The Planning Board will review a Wetland Permit application to allow construction of a 16' x 22' single-story addition to the rear of an existing residence with a new wood deck and drywell for the addition on property known as 636 Shore Acres Drive in a R-10 Residential Zone.
Gilbert Pier -1050 Nautilus Lane - Wetland Permit Open Public Hearing Planning Board will review wetland permit to allow the replacement of a fixed pier within the 100 foot wetland buffer at property known as 1050 Nautilus Lane in the R-20 Residential District.
