EXECUTIVE SESSION - ADVICE OF COUNSEL A. Cable Television Franchise Negotiations - It is anticipated that a motion with be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(d) of the New York State Public Officers Law for discussion regarding proposed, pending or current litigation. B. Garden Road - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(h) of the New York State Public Officers Law to discuss the proposed acquisition, sale or lease of real property or the proposed acquisition of securities, or sale or exchange of securities held by such public body, but only when publicity would substantially affect the value thereof.
