EXECUTIVE SESSION - ADVICE OF COUNSEL A. Purchase/Lease of Real Property - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(h) of the New York State Public Officers to discuss the proposed acquisition, sale or lease of real property, but only when publicity would substantially affect the value thereof. B. Appointments to Planning Board and Recreation & Parks Commission - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(f) to discuss the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or matters leading to the appointment to the Planning Board and Recreation & Parks Commission C.
