EXECUTIVE SESSION - ADVICE OF COUNSEL A. Village Attorney - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(f) of the New York State Public Officers Law to discuss matters leading to appointment of a Village Attorney. B. Appointment of Chair for Board of Traffic Commissioners - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(f) of the New York State Public Officers Law to discuss matters relating to the appointment of a Chairperson to the Board of Traffic Commissioners. C. Garden Road - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(h) of the New York State Public Officers Law as it relates to the sale of real property and the publicity of such would substantially affect the value thereof. D. Non-Union Salary Increases - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §105(1)(f) of the New York State Public Officers Law to discuss matters leading to salary increases for non-union personnel.
