Executive Session

A. Land Use Board Member - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into Executive Session pursuant to §101(1)(f) of the New York State Public Officers Law as it relates to the the medical, financial, credit or employment history of a particular person or corporation, or matters leading to the appointment, employment, promotion, demotion, discipline, suspension, dismissal or removal of a particular person or corporation B.
