4. EXECUTIVE SESSION-ADVICE OF COUNSEL A. Land Use Counsel - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into executive session pursuant to §105(F) of the New York State Public Officers Law as it relates to the medical, financial, credit or employment history of Land Use Counsel B. Employment History of a Particular Employee It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into executive session pursuant to §105(f) of the New York State Public Officers Law to discuss the employment history of a particular employee. C. Non-Union Staff Wage & Benefits - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into executive session pursuant to §105(e) of the New York State Public Officers Law pursuant to Article 14 of the Civil Service Law ADJOURN
