Update on CSEA Negotiations - It is anticipation that a motion will be offered pursuant to §105(e) of the New York State Public Officers Law as it relates to collective negotiations pursuant to Article 14 of the Civil Service Law. B. Boards & Councils Appointments - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered to enter into executive session pursuant to §105(f) of the New York State Public Officers Law to review matters leading to the appointment of a member to the Ethics Board and the Arts Council C. Acquisition of Real Property - It is anticipated that a motion will be offered pursuant to §105(h) of the New York State Public Officers Law in relation to the acquisition of real property as the publicity would substantially affect the value thereof.
